What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: name, phone, email, postcode and your project description, plus anything you email us such as drawings or photos. Our website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, which set cookies to understand how visitors find and use the site.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, survey and quote your project, carry out the work and keep the records needed for guarantees and accounting. Enquiries are stored in our customer management system. We do not sell your details and only share them with suppliers where a job needs it, for example galvanising or glass.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not turn into a job we delete it after a year. Records of completed projects stay on file for six years, because guarantees and HMRC both expect that.
